HARD CHEESE FROM COW’S MILK The name comes from the beautiful island of Ios. We have created an exceptional product with a focus on flavor, called Niotisa. It is a 100% cow’s milk graviera, made exclusively with milk from the island, and is a handmade product with a four-month aging period.
