Apaki Smoked Pork in Slices

The traditional authentic Cretan apaki made from pork, marinated with herbs and spices collected from the Cretan mountains. After marination, the pork is smoked with oak wood and aromatic herbs, bringing to our table the wood-fired cooking of the village with all the aromas and flavors of Cretan tradition.

Pork apaki, with its smoky and aromatic flavor, can be sliced thinly and served with salads featuring arugula, parmesan, and balsamic vinegar or used on a charcuterie board with cheeses, olives, and dried fruits. 

Additionally, it can accompany eggs for a traditional breakfast. Pair it with tsipouro, raki, or red wine for an authentic Mediterranean culinary experience.
